Ads on AppraisalPort

AppraisalPort attracts a highly concentrated mix of appraising and lending professionals. Staff and Fee appraisers visit AppraisalPort daily to pick up new appraisal orders. The Lending community, due diligence and risk firms, and others interested in communicating and establishing relationships with this professional group are also frequent visitors.

Currently we are offering banner ad placement on AppraisalPort in the Classifieds section only. This location will put your product offerings in front of a strong appraisal-minded community at a moment when they have opted to peruse new product and service offerings.

Pricing structure, reporting

Ads on AP are priced at flat fees by size and duration of placement, with no click through or views implied or guaranteed. We are happy to provide page view reports upon request, (no more frequently than once per week); monitoring click-through rates is your responsibility.

For size options a, b, and c (see below), the pricing is as follows:

• $250 per week
• $150 per week
• $100 per week

Banner Ad Requirements and Pricing

• Dimensions: AppraisalPort allows for three sizes of banner ads.

  Size "a"
  
  468 x 60 pixels, the Internet Advertising Bureau's recommended standard size.
  
  

  Size "b"
  
  120 x 90 pixels, a small window shape that will appear within AP's side bar.
  
  

  Size "c"
  
  120 x 60 pixels, a smaller rectangle that will also appear within AP's side bar.
  
  

• File size: final image file size may not exceed a maximum of about 25K. This assures faster and more efficient download on the AppraisalPort Classifieds page.
• Resolution: image must be optimized at 72 pixels per inch (ppi).
• Format: image must be either .jpg or .gif format

How to place an Ad

Email your graphic image to kagan@lists.fncinc.com along with:

• * Your website address
  * What size ad do you wish to insert?
  * How long (in weeks) you would like to post your banner
  * Billing address
  * Mailing address
  * Phone number
  * Any special requirement

If you would like to extend the duration of your banner ad, the request must be made a full week (5 business days) ahead of time, along with payment for the renewal period.

Terms of use

Ads on AppraisalPort are governed by the AppraisalPort User Agreement and the AppraisalPort Rules and Regulations.

In addition, we reserve the right to reject any advertisement for any reason in our sole discretion. Prior to accepting advertising we must have a copy of your banner and the website to which the banner will link. You will receive an invoice with payment instructions when your banner ad has been approved. Ads will be posted when payment is received.

Once your ad is in place, should you decide to discontinue your ad before the full period has passed, there will be no refunds. If for any reason FNC removes your ad before the full period has passed, a refund will be issued within 30 days for the remaining days in your ad campaign.
