Acceptance of Terms of Use

This website and any related FNC service is owned and operated by FNC, Inc. By signing into or using this FNC service (or any part of it), you agree to be legally bound by the FNC Ports User Agreement. It applies to and governs your use of the associated websites and the FNC services which are available through it.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, or if you do not have the right, power, and authority to agree to and be bound by these Terms of Use, you may not use this website or the FNC services.

However, if you (or the entity under which you are a user of this website and any FNC services) and FNC have entered into a separate written agreement that covers your use of any FNC service, the terms and conditions of that agreement shall control with respect to that service to the extent they are inconsistent with this Terms of Use.

FNC Ports Agreement
